Listing Not Showing on the Site
If one of your properties isn't visible on Livily, it usually means the listing hasn't fully synced or is missing required information.
Why a Listing May Be Hidden
Listings may not appear for these reasons:
- PMS sync not complete — allow 30 to 60 minutes after connecting for initial sync
- Listing is incomplete — required fields like photos, description, or pricing are missing
- Rate plan not mapped — no valid nightly rate is available for the listing
- Account not verified — business verification must be complete before listings go live
- Listing is paused or deactivated in your PMS
How to Fix It
Steps to make your listing visible:
- Check the Integration Logs for the last successful sync
- Complete all required listing fields in Livily
- Ensure at least one rate plan is mapped and active
- Complete business verification if pending
- Re-authenticate your PMS connection if sync is stale
