Before building Livily, our team spent over a decade as property managers, overseeing hundreds of short-term rentals across multiple markets. We experienced every side of the industry — from onboarding owners and managing guests to integrating booking systems, cleaning schedules, and payments.
During those years, one truth became impossible to ignore: while vacation rentals were exploding in popularity, the corporate travel industry — a $1.4 trillion market — was still dominated by hotels.
We constantly received requests from business travelers, relocation clients, and companies who wanted more space, privacy, and flexibility than a hotel could offer — yet there was no way to book verified vacation rentals through corporate travel systems.
That gap is what inspired Livily.
We set out to connect professionally managed vacation rentals directly into the global corporate travel ecosystem, integrating with major Travel Management Systems (TMS) like Amex GBT, CWT, Egencia, Serko, and Sabre.
Our goal was simple: To give property managers access to an entirely new demand channel, and to give corporate travelers better, more comfortable options for work and extended stays.
