Livily is seeking an experienced Onboarding Specialist to lead the successful implementation and launch of property managers and accommodation partners on our platform. This role requires at least three years of relevant industry experience, practical PMS expertise, and a proven ability to manage professional partner relationships.

Lead partner onboarding from discovery through training and launch.
Validate inventory accuracy and coordinate resolution of integration issues.
Manage professional partner relationships, implementation milestones, and CRM records.

Hands-on Fractional CFO to lead finance and build a scalable accounting function for our corporate travel and accommodation marketplace, while partnering with the CEO on strategy.
Structure the chart of accounts, monthly close, reconciliations, and internal controls.
Design AP/AR workflows, approval controls, and vendor and partner payouts.
Select, implement, or improve ERP and accounting systems (QBO required).
Own budgets, forecasting, runway, unit economics, and investor reporting.
Own reservation collections and booking-to-accounting accuracy for our corporate travel and accommodation marketplace, from unpaid balances to reconciled records.
Collect unpaid balances for upcoming, in-progress, and completed stays.
Manage unpaid-booking cancellations and credit-card disputes and chargebacks.
Reconcile reservations and payments across third-party booking systems.
Import and validate booking data in our accounting software.
Turn ideas into compelling video, visual, and written content for our corporate travel and accommodation marketplace, combining storytelling, production, and AI-assisted workflows.
Develop concepts, hooks, scripts, and storyboards that tell clear stories.
Produce and edit video, social graphics, thumbnails, and still visuals.
Use AI creative tools alongside real footage while keeping quality and brand accuracy.
Deliver channel-ready content for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and the web, and optimize from results.
