About the role
Livily connects short-term rental and accommodation inventory with corporate travel channels. We are looking for an onboarding professional who understands property operations and can help partners establish accurate, bookable inventory for business travelers.
Reporting to the Director of Partnerships, you will manage the onboarding process from initial discovery and account setup through system connectivity, partner training, launch validation, and handoff. You will work closely with property managers and our product and integrations teams to resolve implementation challenges and deliver a well-organized, professional onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery and kickoff meetings to assess each partner's portfolio, operating processes, systems, and implementation needs.
- Develop and manage onboarding plans with clear milestones, responsibilities, timelines, and regular progress updates.
- Coordinate account configuration and PMS or channel-manager connections, validating property mapping, listing content, rates, availability, and booking policies before launch.
- Investigate configuration and synchronization issues, document findings, and coordinate resolution with product and integrations teams.
- Deliver practical training that enables partners to manage their listings and maintain accurate inventory confidently.
- Manage multiple partner implementations, maintain accurate CRM records, and communicate risks, outstanding actions, and launch readiness.
- Ensure an orderly handoff following launch and contribute to improvements in onboarding guides, checklists, and processes.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in short-term rentals, vacation rental management, serviced apartments, corporate accommodation, or hospitality/travel technology.
- A demonstrated track record in partner onboarding, software implementation, account management, or customer success within one or more of these industries, including responsibility for taking accounts from kickoff to launch.
- Hands-on experience with a property management system (PMS) and channel-management workflows, such as Guesty, Hostaway, Hostfully, or a comparable platform.
- Working knowledge of property listings, rates, availability, booking policies, and inventory synchronization across distribution channels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate setup issues and collaborate effectively with technical teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English, including the ability to lead partner meetings, explain technical workflows clearly, and deliver training.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities and maintain accurate project and CRM records.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience implementing or onboarding multi-property portfolios.
- Familiarity with corporate travel distribution, extended stays, or travel management companies.
- Experience investigating PMS integrations or channel-connectivity issues in greater depth.
- Proficiency with HubSpot or a comparable CRM platform.
- Professional proficiency in additional languages.
- Experience optimizing accommodation listings to improve content quality, discoverability, and booking conversion, including descriptions, photography, amenities, and listing completeness.
- Previous experience working for an online travel agency (OTA), such as Expedia, Vrbo, or a comparable accommodation marketplace, particularly in partner onboarding, account management, or supply operations.
What We Offer
- Base salary: US$12,480–$30,000 annually + performance bonus.
- Paid time off (PTO), including vacation time.
- A fully remote role with flexible working hours.
- Meaningful ownership of partner onboarding and direct collaboration with leadership.
- The opportunity to help develop the onboarding processes of a growing corporate travel marketplace.
- Exposure to accommodation partners and the corporate travel ecosystem.
