Corporate discounts on Livily are set up as a promotion, similar to configuring discounts on other OTAs. Think of it like Booking.com's Genius program, but for corporate travel: companies have pre-negotiated rates through their TMC or TMS, and the discount a traveler sees is the lower of your Livily program and that company's negotiated rate.
Discount Structure
Corporate discounts are configured at the account level and applied dynamically. Below is a summary of the recommended discount tiers and their benefits.
- Default Setup: 20% off required discount to list. Automatically applied to new listings.
- Are Promotions Stackable? Yes. Since the corporate discount is applied as a promotion on Livily, it will stack with any discounts already configured in your PMS, for example, weekly or monthly discounts.
- Dynamic Adjustment: The discount dynamically adjusts within the selected tier based on the property, dates, demand, and available rates.
- Getting Started: Hosts can start with Dynamic 20% (0–20%) or Dynamic 30% (10–30%), or choose a higher tier on selected listings. Promotion windows can be set to offset shoulder season without changing the account-wide corporate tier.
- Blackout Dates: Hosts can block up to 30 nights per year from corporate discounts (e.g. peak holidays or major local events). On blackout nights the corporate discount does not apply and listings show at standard rates.
- Property-Level Promotions: A separate Promotions area lets you layer extra discounts on specific listings and date ranges without changing your account-wide corporate tier — ideal for boosting occupancy on underperforming properties or shoulder seasons.
- Corporate travelers rarely cancel, and approximately 80% of corporate bookings occur during the week, primarily Monday through Thursday.

Who Can Configure: Property owners, management companies, and hosts.
- Log in to your Livily Dashboard.
- Navigate to Profile → Corporate Discount Settings.
- Choose your discount tier: Dynamic 20%, Dynamic 30%, or Dynamic 40%.
- The discount dynamically adjusts within the selected tier based on the property, dates, demand, and available rates.
- Enable/disable “20% First 3 Bookings per listing” promo — will revert back to 10% once the first 3 bookings are completed.
- Apply changes per listing or account-wide.
All updates apply immediately to new reservations.
