Travel Verification

For security and compliance, Livily may require travelers to complete identity verification before check-in. This helps protect hosts, property managers, and booking managers while ensuring a smooth arrival experience.

Why Verification Is Required

Identity verification helps create a trusted marketplace for corporate travel and extended stays. It confirms that the person arriving matches the reservation and meets the host's or property manager's requirements.

  • Fraud prevention and booking security
  • Compliance with corporate travel policies
  • Host and property protection
  • Streamlined check-in at professionally managed properties

Accepted Forms of Identification

Travelers may be asked to provide one or more of the following:

  • Government-issued photo ID (driver's license or passport)
  • Corporate or agency assignment confirmation
  • Badge or credentials for healthcare, government, or contract assignments
  • Proof of employment or engagement letter

How to Complete Verification

If verification is required for your booking:

  • Check your email or Livily account for a verification request.
  • Upload or present the requested documentation securely through the platform.
  • Wait for confirmation — most verifications are reviewed within minutes.
  • Receive check-in instructions once approved.

Verification must be completed before the check-in date. Failure to verify may result in cancellation or delayed access to the property.

Booking on Behalf of Another Traveler

If you booked for someone else, the traveler staying at the property is the one who must complete verification. You will receive a notification once the traveler has been verified.
