Modifying or canceling a booking

If your travel plans change, you may be able to modify your reservation.

How to Modify a Reservation

To request a modification:

Sign in to your Livily account.
Navigate to My Trips.
Select the reservation.
Choose Modify Booking.
Submit your requested changes.

Common modifications include changing dates, updating guest information, extending a stay, and shortening a stay. Changes are subject to host approval and availability.

How to Cancel a Reservation

To cancel a reservation:

Open My Trips.
Select the reservation.
Click Cancel Reservation.
Review the cancellation terms.
Confirm cancellation.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds depend on the cancellation policy selected by the host. Policies vary by property and are displayed on the property listing, during checkout, and in your booking confirmation. Any applicable refund will be processed back to the original payment method.
