Important: Corporate Discounts
Corporate discounts are only available to travelers who book through a verified business account. If you are traveling for work and wish to access corporate pricing, your company must register and complete business verification before booking.
- Personal accounts and leisure travelers are not eligible for corporate rates, negotiated pricing, invoicing programs, or business-only discounts.
What Information Is Required?
Depending on your organization type, you may be asked to provide:
- Legal business name
- Business address
- EIN or Tax ID
- Company website
- Corporate email domain
- Certificate of Insurance (if applicable)
- Primary business contact
Additional documentation may be requested for enterprise accounts, invoicing privileges, or high-volume booking programs.
How Long Does Verification Take?
Most business verifications are completed within 1–3 business days. Once approved, your account will be upgraded to Verified Business status and eligible corporate features will be activated.
