• If you cancel within the refundable period, please allow 48 hours for the cancellation to be processed.
• For non-refundable periods, exceptions may be granted in some instances, and refunds are subject to approval. Alternatively, date changes or credits may be offered.
• A gift card or credit voucher can be redeemed for future bookings. It works like cash and can be applied to any eligible booking.
