Account Set Up User Guide
This video will cover connecting your wallet, updating your profile information, and creating special promotions.

Step 1: Connect Your Wallet: Navigate to the Wallet Section in the main menu.
Add Payment Method
- Add your payment method.
- Add your bank account.
- Fill in the necessary information.
- Click on "Add Account."
Step 2: Update Your Profile In the My Profile section, you can:
- Update your company logo or personal image.
- Update your email notification settings where booking information will be sent (this will override your personal email).
- Write a little bit about your company or yourself.
- Change your password if necessary.
Step 3: Create New Promotions In the Promotions section, you can:
- Add a new listing promotion.
- Please remember that any discounts created on our platform will be stackable with discounts already in your PMS.

- You will get a new listing tag in the search results when you add a new listing promotion.
- This tag makes your listing super appealing.
How to connect your listings
Step 1: Generate API Key(s) & Obtain Required Credential
In order to connect your PMS account to Livly, you will first need to obtain the following credentials from your PMS (both are required):
- Token Key
- Token Secret Key
Step 2: Entering API Information on Livly:

Access GoLivly.com Dashboard: Open a web browser and go to https://livly.app/register. Create an account or log in to your Livly account using your credentials.

Navigate to Integrations Page: Once logged in, find and navigate to the "Add Listings" tab on the left-side column in the Account section. This is where you can manage integrations with your PMS.

Select Integration and click 'Connect' to proceed with setting up the integration.

Enter Account Name, Username, and Password: Paste the respective values that you copied from your PMS account in Step 1, into the corresponding fields on the Livly dashboard.

Save Changes: After entering the code and secret, click Save.
- Timeframe: Initial import of properties can take 6 to 12 hours.
- Which Data will sync? We sync all property data such as; property description, location, amenities, images, pricing, discounts and availability.
Step 4: Add New Listing Discount (Optional):
If you like to promote your listings you can add a new listing discount, please note your weekly or monthly discounts will already pull from PMS.
Step 5: Add banking info for payouts and update your profile
Go to > Wallet > Set Up then > Add Payout Methode
Update your profile info as needed: We recommend adding the notification email, this is where we will send reservation confirmations.
