User Guide: How to connect your Hostaway account with Livly.
Finding and Entering Hostaway API Information on Livly
Create an account and dashboard on Livly, please click here.
Once you are logged into your Livly account you need to authorize your account with Hostaway by navigating to the 'My Integration' page and selecting 'Connect':
Generate your Hostaway API key from the Hostaway dashboard:
- Go to your Hostaway Dashboard
- Click on 'Marketplace' within the dashboard, then search for Livly and click on the 'Connect/Configure' button available there.
- Click 'Connect' again to start generating the Keys.
- Click 'Create' to generate the API Key.
The new credentials will then be presented on the screen. Please make sure to copy and save the API Key safely as it will be visible only once.
Once you have collected the Account ID and API Key from Hostaway, you can enter them into your Livly account on the relevant page and click 'Connect':
If entered correctly the connection will be authorized and your listings will begin to import and will populate on the Active page under “My Listings” within 24 hours.
