By enrolling in Livly’s Partner Program, property managers agree to participate in exclusive promotional opportunities, including the 20% off first three bookings campaign, which will be marketed through our partnerships with Amex GBT (American Express Global Business Travel) and Carlson Wagonlit Travel (CWT). This initiative is designed to drive increased bookings and occupancy for participating properties,

 

 

Eligibility

To qualify for enrollment, property managers must:

  • Have active listings on Livly’s platform.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date property information, availability, and pricing.
  • Agree to honor the 20% discount on the first three bookings per property under this program.
  • Have no host-initiated canceled bookings within the last 90 days.

Promotion Details

  • The 20% discount is applied only to the first three bookings made by new guests through Livly.
  • Livly will feature participating properties in premium search placement and across enterprise travel partner networks, including Amex GBT and CWT.
  • This promotion is expected to increase bookings by up to 68%, based on previous campaign performance.

Payouts & Fee Structure

  • Property managers will receive payouts per the standard Livly payout schedule.
  • The discounted portion of the booking is deducted at the time of payout

Cancellation & Opt-Out

  • Hosts may opt out of the program at any time with written notice to Livly’s support team. However, any bookings made prior to opting out will still be honored under the agreed terms.
  • Property managers will receive payouts per the standard Livly payout schedule.
  • The discounted portion of the booking is deducted at the time of payout.
