Livily’s corporate travel marketplace features only professionally managed and business-ready properties that meet the expectations of enterprise and relocation clients.
These standards ensure that every listing on Livily is optimized for business travelers, relocation guests, and corporate housing programs connected through global Travel Management Systems (TMS).

Minimum Qualification Requirements

All properties listed on Livily must meet the following baseline standards:

✅ High-Speed Internet

Reliable, high-speed Wi-Fi is mandatory.

  • Minimum speed: 50 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload

  • Connection must be private or dedicated (not shared with other units).

  • Must remain active and available 24/7.

✅ Workspace or Desk Area

Each property must provide a functional workspace suitable for laptop use, including:

  • A desk or table with a chair

  • Adequate lighting and nearby electrical outlet

  • Comfortable and quiet environment for remote work

✅ Review Score 4.5+

Quality assurance is key.

  • Average review rating of 4.5 stars or higher on your connected PMS, OTA, or review source (Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, etc.)

  • Consistent guest feedback indicating professional management, cleanliness, and accurate listings

✅ Professionally Managed

Livily only partners with professional hosts and management companies capable of maintaining service consistency and compliance.
Properties must:

  • Have a dedicated property manager or management team

  • Provide 24-hour guest support

  • Maintain up-to-date licensing and tax registration where applicable

Additional Recommendations

To increase eligibility for corporate distribution and preferred TMS placement, properties should also:

  • Offer self-check-in or 24/7 access

  • Include business amenities such as coffee machines, smart TVs, and ironing stations

  • Maintain a response rate above 90% within your PMS

  • Support instant booking for seamless travel manager reservations
