Listing Not Showing on the Site

🏠 1. My Listing Isn’t Showing on the Site 

If your property isn’t appearing on Livily, don’t worry — this usually means the listing isn’t fully published or a small setting needs to be updated.

🔹 Common Reasons

  1. Listing not set to “Active”
    Go to My Listings > Edit > Status and make sure the property is marked Active.

  2. Unqualified Property 
    It possible the property did not qualify to be listed, more on approved listings
  3. Calendar is blocked or unavailable
    If all dates are blocked in your PMS, Livily won’t display your listing in search results.

  4. Minimum stay or rate rules too restrictive
    Extremely high minimum-night requirements or missing rates can prevent your property from showing.

  5. Sync issues from your PMS
    If your PMS (e.g., Guesty, Rentals United, Streamline) hasn’t pushed the listing correctly, the feed may not publish.

  6. Quality control or compliance hold
    Occasionally, new listings are reviewed for accuracy or safety before going live.

🔹 How to Fix

  • Check your listing’s status and calendar.

  • Verify your pricing and availability rules.

  • In your PMS, ensure Livily is an active distribution channel.
