Overview
Livily integrates with your Property Management System (PMS) to sync pricing, availability, and stay requirements across all your listings. Two of the most important factors that influence your visibility and booking performance on Livily — and across connected Travel Management Systems (TMS) — are your Minimum Length of Stay (Min LOS) and Dynamic Pricing settings.
These controls are managed within your PMS, not directly in Livily.
Livily automatically imports and respects these settings to ensure rate parity and compliance across platforms.
Livily’s Role
Livily does not modify your Min LOS or base pricing.
Instead, Livily:

Imports your PMS-defined settings automatically

Applies corporate discounts or promotional adjustments on top

Pushes your pricing and stay restrictions to global TMS networks for visibility
How to Update Min LOS and Dynamic Pricing
1. In Your PMS

Log in to your PMS (e.g., Guesty, Hostaway, Streamline)

Navigate to your Pricing or Availability settings

Update your Minimum Length of Stay (Min LOS)

Enable or configure Dynamic Pricing tools or integrations

Save your changes
2. Sync to Livily
Livily automatically detects and updates your new settings during the next sync cycle (usually within a few hours).
You can also trigger a manual sync from your Livily dashboard under Integrations → Sync Now.
