Minimum stays, limited check-in days, or blocked calendars can reduce search visibility. -
Listing not connected to the corporate marketplace
Make sure your listing is opted into corporate travel visibility (My Profile > Set Discounts > 20% Off for TMS Distribution -
Incomplete or low-quality listing
Properties missing photos, amenities, or descriptions rank lower in search. -
PMS sync delay
If connected via Guesty or Rentals United, sync delays may temporarily pause availability updates.
