If you haven’t received any bookings recently, a few simple optimizations may help you get more visibility.

🔹 Possible Reasons

  1. Rates too high compared to market
    Check comparable listings in your area — small adjustments can make a big difference.

  2. Availability restrictions
    Minimum stays, limited check-in days, or blocked calendars can reduce search visibility.

  3. Listing not connected to the corporate marketplace
    Make sure your listing is opted into corporate travel visibility (My Profile > Set Discounts > 20% Off for TMS Distribution

  4. Incomplete or low-quality listing
    Properties missing photos, amenities, or descriptions rank lower in search.

  5. PMS sync delay
    If connected via Guesty or Rentals United, sync delays may temporarily pause availability updates.

🔹 How to Fix

  • Review your rates and minimum stay settings.

  • Add more high-quality photos and complete your amenity list.

  • Ensure corporate discounts (10–25%) are set up to attract business travelers.

  • Verify that Livily is fully synced in your PMS channel list.

  • Reach out to your Partner Manager for a listing optimization review.
