How to reset your password?

Are you locked out of your Livily account? Don't worry—resetting your password is quick and easy!

Here's how to reset your password:

  1. Visit the Livily website: Go to our website at Livily.com/login

  2. Click on "Sign In": Once you're on the homepage, click the "Sign In" button.

  3. Select "Forgot Password?": On the sign-in page, click the "Forgot Password?" link.

  4. Enter Your Email: You'll be prompted to enter the email address associated with your Livly account—the one you usually use to sign in.

  5. Check Your Email: A password reset email will be sent to that email address. Open the email and click on the link provided.

  6. Create a New Password: Follow the instructions to set up a new password. Click the green "Continue" button to complete the process.

And that's it! You'll be back into your account in no time.
