Create your Livily account and complete identity verification.
This ensures:

2️⃣ Connect Your PMS 🔗
Connect your Property Management System to Livily for real-time syncing.
Your PMS controls:

Rates and availability

Minimum stays

3️⃣ Understand Payouts & Merchant of Record 💳
Livily acts as the merchant of record on all bookings.
What this means for you:

Livily collects payment from the corporate traveler

You are paid at check-in, not at booking

Payouts are made via bank transfer or virtual credit card
To receive payouts, connect your bank account in the Livily Wallet.

4️⃣ Corporate Discounts Are Dynamic 💼
Corporate travelers expect discounted rates — Livily manages this dynamically.
How it works:

You select a corporate discount (for example, 20%)

The actual discount dynamically ranges based on demand, length of stay, and traveler type

Discounts are applied against your Best Available Rate (B.A.R.)
This approach maximizes occupancy while protecting revenue.

5️⃣ Markups & Host Fees 📈
Livily applies a default 15% markup to bookings.
This markup:

Covers the host service fee

Represents the maximum markup allowed on the platform
Your net payout remains protected.
6️⃣ Cancellation Policies ❌
All cancellation policies are managed at the account level.
This ensures:

Consistent rules across all listings

Alignment with corporate travel expectations

The ability to update your policy at any time

Before going live, verify that all extra fees are syncing correctly from your PMS.
