How to Deactivate Your Account?

If you've found your new home, we suggest keeping your Livily account active in case you need to search for a new place in the future.

 

However, if you no longer need our services, there are a few ways to deactivate your account.

  1. Deactivating Your Account Temporarily: If you don't need your account right now but might use Livily again in the future, we recommend deactivating it. To deactivate your account, Open a ticket and a customer service representative will assist you. You can reactivate your account at any time by calling us again.

  2. Permanently Deleting Your Account: If you wish to delete your account and all associated information permanently, please email us at support@golivly.com. To ensure your request is processed quickly, make sure to send the email from the address associated with your Livily account.
