🌟 How Reviews Work on Livly Overview

Overview

Reviews help build trust between hosts and guests. After each completed stay, both the guest and the host can leave a review. Reviews are visible to future travelers and impact your property’s ranking in search results. Some PMS allow us to pull review scores from your listings in this case it will display like this on your listing.

New Listings

Listings with no reviews or if we do not recieve reviews from your PMS, we will display a collection of reviews from other Guesty who have booked with Livily in the past, Livily global reviews.

How the Review Process Works

  • Guests have 14 days after checkout to leave a review.

  • Hosts can also leave a review for guests within the same 14-day period.

  • Once both reviews are submitted (or after 14 days pass), they are published simultaneously to ensure fairness.

What Reviews Include

Each review includes:

  • A star rating (1–5) for overall experience

  • Optional category ratings (cleanliness, accuracy, communication, check-in, value, and location)

  • Written comments

  • The date of stay

  • Qualify for Livily “Verified Partner” status
